Guarantee on Stability*
JPT offers a one month guarantee on your tuning!
Over the years, I have fielded questions and concerns about pianos that go out of tune too quickly, frustrated by hearing sour notes earlier than the recommended 6-12 months. I offer a one month guarantee for all tunings*
*To honor this guarantee, clients must:
Own a hygrometer which can record the range of humidity fluctuations to indicate no major humidity fluctuations from day of tuning. Hygrometers with high/low records can be purchased from JPT for around $10 at cost price
Contact JPT within 30 consecutive days of last tuning with a recording or video of issues and picture of hygrometer
Billing client must be present during service
Touch-up appointments will be booked as determined by technician's schedule
